How about the Mercury DRY Cider? It's my better half's favourite! Meanwhile, we like the new web site! Makes me think there's a big business opportunity for a boutique cidery in Perth, perhaps in the Swan Valley? So far there are wineries, breweries and distilleries on the Swan Valley drinking circuit - so why not cider!? I'm sure KRudd must have some spare $$ for such a GFC beating venture! Go for it lads! Dan

Interesting video. Now we have a brewery as well as sausage factory in our respective abodes! Not like the making of hedgerow wines and beer of the past in old Tregarthen circa 1980s! Far too technical using a car jack but would be better if winding handle at right angles to press to permit 360 degree turning. Takes us back to our self sufficiency days when money was tight or non existent and 'making do' meant literally that. Steve and Dee

How exciting!!! Think that I can taste the brew already. You chaps look like you are having too much fun --are we able to acquire a list of press components? Ah --probably covered in the brewing guide. Love the accompanying music too --who is that?
